Sec. 3. (a) As used in this chapter, “impermissible contact” includes the following:
(2) Communicating with the victim.
(1) Following or pursuing the victim.
Terms Used In Indiana Code 35-45-10-3
- victim: means a person who is the object of stalking. See Indiana Code 35-45-10-4
(3) Posting on social media, if the post:
(A) is directed to the victim; or
(B) refers to the victim, directly or indirectly.
(b) The list in subsection (a) is nonexclusive.
