Indiana Code 36-1-10.5-4. “Structure” defined

Sec. 4. As used in this chapter, “structure” means:

(1) a building used in connection with the operation of a political subdivision; or

parking facility: refers to a parking facility as defined in IC 36-9-1. See Indiana Code 36-1-10.5-2

(2) a parking facility.

The term includes the site, equipment, and appurtenances to the building or parking facility.
