Sec. 9. If section 8 of this chapter is satisfied, the town clerk-treasurer shall file the following with the clerk of the circuit court:
(2) All papers filed in the case.
(1) A transcript of all proceedings in the case.
Terms Used In Indiana Code 36-5-1.2-9
- Clerk: means the clerk of the court or a person authorized to perform the clerk's duties. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
- Transcript: A written, word-for-word record of what was said, either in a proceeding such as a trial or during some other conversation, as in a transcript of a hearing or oral deposition.
