Terms Used In Indiana Code 36-7-11.3-21

  • commission: refers to a preservation commission created under this chapter. See Indiana Code 36-7-11.3-2
  • in writing: include printing, lithographing, or other mode of representing words and letters. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
  • person: means an individual, a corporation, a partnership, an association, a trust, a governmental body or an agency, or other entity, public or private, capable of entering into an enforceable contract. See Indiana Code 36-7-11.3-9
   Sec. 21. The commission shall prepare, adopt, and promulgate the rules and regulations that are necessary, desirable, or convenient to the orderly administration of commission affairs and to the implementation of this chapter in accordance with the intent and purpose. The rules and regulations shall be made available in writing to any person requesting a copy.
