Sec. 42. (a) The commission shall keep complete minutes of meetings. The minutes must reflect the following:

Terms Used In Indiana Code 36-7-11.3-42
- commission: refers to a preservation commission created under this chapter. See Indiana Code 36-7-11.3-2
- interested party: means the following:

- person: means an individual, a corporation, a partnership, an association, a trust, a governmental body or an agency, or other entity, public or private, capable of entering into an enforceable contract. See Indiana Code 36-7-11.3-9
- Transcript: A written, word-for-word record of what was said, either in a proceeding such as a trial or during some other conversation, as in a transcript of a hearing or oral deposition.
(3) The factors considered by the commission in taking the action.
(b) Copies of the minutes of a meeting shall be provided to a person requesting a copy.
(c) An interested party who desires a transcript of a matter heard by the commission may, at the interested party’s expense, have a transcript prepared.
