Sec. 8. (a) Loans made under this chapter shall be made at rates to be determined by the agency. The proceeds of loans shall be used to defray the expense of administering this chapter.

Terms Used In Indiana Code 36-7-16-8

  • Agency: refers to the department of metropolitan development in a county having a consolidated city, the works board in second class cities, and the department of redevelopment in other units. See Indiana Code 36-7-16-2
     (b) The agency may employ the persons and establish the administrative guidelines required to carry out the purposes of this chapter.
