Terms Used In Indiana Code 36-9-13-19
- Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.
Sec. 19. A trustee or director is not entitled to a salary but is entitled to reimbursement for expenses necessarily incurred in the performance of the trustee’s or director’s duties.
