- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
Sec. 7. A unit may regulate the use of public ways. A unit also may regulate the use of school corporation grounds if requested by the fiscal body of the school corporation.
