Sec. 22. (a) The board of directors of a public transportation
corporation shall, by rule, provide for regular meetings to be held at designated intervals throughout the
year.

Terms Used In Indiana Code 36-9-4-22
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- Year: means a calendar year, unless otherwise expressed. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
(b) The board shall convene in a special meeting whenever such a meeting is called by the chair or by a majority of the directors. Notice of a special meeting must be given by publication in accordance with IC 5-3-1.
(c) The board shall keep its meetings open to the public.
