Attorney: includes a counselor or other person authorized to appear and represent a party in an action or special proceeding. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5

Sec. 13. The attorney general may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 that the attorney general considers necessary to carry out this chapter.
