Sec. 12. The department shall offer instruction at least annually to:
(2) minority business enterprises (as defined in IC 4-13-16.5-1);
(1) small businesses (as defined in IC 5-22-14-1);

- veteran: includes "Hoosier veteran" and applies to the construction of all Indiana statutes, unless the construction is expressly excluded by the terms of the statute, is plainly repugnant to the intent of the general assembly or of the context of the statute, or is inconsistent with federal law. (3) women’s business enterprises (as defined in IC 4-13-16.5-1); and
(4) veteran owned small businesses (as defined in
with regard to bonding requirements and working with the surety industry to secure bonding for public works projects.
