Sec. 11. The office may:

(1) enter into contracts or agreements; and

office: means the office of administrative law proceedings established by section 7 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 4-15-10.5-6

(2) adopt rules under IC 4-22-2;

necessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter.
