Sec. 3. The seller, lessor, manufacturer, or distributor shall provide, assemble, and install all Class III games of chance, gaming equipment, and gaming supplies in a manner approved and licensed by the Pokagon Band Gaming Commission. The Band shall not enter into any lease or purchase agreement for Class III games of chance, gaming equipment, or supplies unless the seller, lessor, manufacturer, or distributor is licensed by the Pokagon Band Gaming Commission.
