Terms Used In Indiana Code 4-30-9-11
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- Damages: Money paid by defendants to successful plaintiffs in civil cases to compensate the plaintiffs for their injuries.
Sec. 11. Each contract entered into by the commission under this chapter must contain a provision for payment of liquidated damages to the commission for a breach of contract by the retailer.
