- Year: means a calendar year, unless otherwise expressed. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
Sec. 23. “Outs” means all pari-mutuel tickets unpresented or unclaimed as of sixty (60) days after the conclusion of the calendar year in which the ticket was purchased.
