- Charity: An agency, institution, or organization in existence and operating for the benefit of an indefinite number of persons and conducted for educational, religious, scientific, medical, or other beneficent purposes.
Sec. 8. The department shall transfer all taxes collected under this chapter to the commission for deposit in the charity gaming enforcement fund established by IC 4-32.3-7-1.
