Sec. 2. “Allowable event” means:
(1) a bingo event;
(2) a casino game night;
(3) a raffle;
(4) a festival;
(5) a sale of pull tabs, punchboards, or tip boards; or
(6) a gambling activity under IC 4-32.3-4-11;
conducted by a qualified organization in accordance with this article and rules adopted by the commission under this article.
