- Charity: An agency, institution, or organization in existence and operating for the benefit of an indefinite number of persons and conducted for educational, religious, scientific, medical, or other beneficent purposes.
Sec. 5. The commission shall deposit civil penalties collected under this chapter in the charity gaming enforcement fund established by IC 4-32.3-7-1.
