Sec. 3.5. (a) A person who:
(1) is not an employee of a licensee;
(2) is less than twenty-one (21) years of age; and
(3) enters the licensee’s gambling game facility;
commits a Class C infraction.
(b) A person who:
(1) is not an employee of a licensee;
(2) is less than twenty-one (21) years of age; and
(3) attempts to enter the licensee’s gambling game facility;
commits a Class C infraction.
