- Attorney: includes a counselor or other person authorized to appear and represent a party in an action or special proceeding. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
- Fraud: Intentional deception resulting in injury to another.
Sec. 2. The attorney general shall hire qualified individuals to carry out the responsibilities of the state medicaid fraud control unit, subject to the state budget agency’s approval under IC 4-12-1-13.
