Terms Used In Indiana Code 5-10.3-6-6
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- Fund: as used in this article means the public employees' retirement fund. See Indiana Code 5-10.3-1-3
Sec. 6. A school corporation shall make the appropriations and payments required of participating political subdivisions from its education fund or operations fund in accordance with the categories of expenditures established under IC 20-42.5-3.
