Sec. 4. The commission may:

(1) establish and maintain facilities necessary for the transacting of its business; and

Personal property: All property that is not real property.
Personal property: includes goods, chattels, evidences of debt, and things in action. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5

(2) acquire, hold, and convey real and personal property and any interest in real and personal property.
