- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
Sec. 4. The governor shall appoint the secretary of commerce, who shall serve at the pleasure of the governor. The secretary of commerce is the chief executive officer and president of the corporation.
