Terms Used In Indiana Code 5-28-39-3

  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
  • trademark: has the meaning set forth in IC 24-2-1-2. See Indiana Code 5-28-39-1
   Sec. 3. A person may apply to the corporation for permission to use the trademark described in section 2 of this chapter.
