Sec. 6. (a) The Hoosier hospitality small business restart grant program is established to provide grants to eligible entities to accelerate economic recovery from the impacts of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic.

Terms Used In Indiana Code 5-28-42-6

  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
  • program: means the Hoosier hospitality small business restart grant program established by section 6 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 5-28-42-3
     (b) The corporation shall administer the program.
