Sec. 9. (a) Subject to section 10 of this chapter, an
eligible entity may apply for a grant under the
program for reimbursement of up to:
(1) eighty percent (80%) of non-payroll business expenses; and

Terms Used In Indiana Code 5-28-42-9
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- eligible entity: means a qualified business that meets the following requirements:

- program: means the Hoosier hospitality small business restart grant program established by section 6 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 5-28-42-3
(2) one hundred percent (100%) of payroll expenses;
incurred between March 1, 2020, and April 1, 2021. An eligible entity shall apply for a grant in the manner prescribed by the corporation.
(b) An eligible entity may apply for a grant only for reimbursement of business expenses incurred in Indiana or related to the eligible entity’s Indiana operations.
