- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
Sec. 6.5. The board may maintain a small business division to carry out the corporation‘s duties under IC 5-28-17. The board shall staff the division with employees of the corporation.
