Sec. 14. (a) A person that proposes a project to create new jobs in Indiana may apply, as provided in section 15 of this chapter, to the
corporation to enter into an agreement for a tax credit under this chapter.

Terms Used In Indiana Code 6-3.1-13-14
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- corporation: means the Indiana economic development corporation established by IC 5-28-3-1. See Indiana Code 6-3.1-13-1.5
(b) A person that proposes to retain existing jobs in Indiana may apply, as provided in section 15.5 of this chapter, to the corporation to enter into an agreement for a tax credit under this chapter.
(c) The corporation shall prescribe the form of the application.
