- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
Sec. 21.2. A school corporation that receives a distribution of revenue under section 3 of this chapter may allocate the revenue among any of its funds.
