Terms Used In Indiana Code 6-6-1.1-413

  • Administrator: means the administrative head of the department of state revenue or the administrator's designee. See Indiana Code 6-6-1.1-103
  • Distributor: means a person who first receives gasoline in Indiana. See Indiana Code 6-6-1.1-103
  • Gasoline: means :

  • Year: means a calendar year, unless otherwise expressed. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
   Sec. 413. If an Indiana based distributor does not distribute at least five hundred thousand (500,000) gallons of gasoline during the year that the temporary license is in effect, the administrator may not issue a permanent license to that distributor.
