Under the Indiana Code, punishments for crimes depend on the classification. In the case of this section:Class | Prison | Fine |

Class B misdemeanor | up to 180 days | up to $1,000 |
Sec. 23. A person who recklessly violates any provision of this chapter for which no other provision for punishment has been made commits a Class B misdemeanor.
