- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
Sec. 13.5. “Conviction for operating while intoxicated” means a conviction (as defined in IC 9-13-2-38) for a crime under IC 9-30-5-1 through IC 9-30-5-9, IC 35-46-9-6, or IC 14-15-8 (before its repeal).
