- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
Sec. 22.5. “Shipping documents” means a bill of lading, airbill, or any document used to evidence that a delivery occurred by a delivery service.
