Sec. 2. There is hereby established within the Commission a Pipeline Safety Division. The Division shall be charged with the regulation of:
(2) related pipeline facilities and their operations;
(1) transportation; and

- commission: refers to the Indiana utility regulatory commission. See Indiana Code 8-1-1-1
- division: means the pipeline safety division to be established under this chapter. See Indiana Code 8-1-22.5-1
- pipeline: means all parts of those physical facilities through which gas, hazardous liquids, or carbon dioxide fluid moves in transportation, including pipe, valves, and other appurtenances attached to pipe, compressor units, metering stations, regulator stations, delivery stations, holders, and fabricated assemblies, but excluding motor vehicles of all kinds and pipelines serving not less than ten (10) customers with petroleum gas from a common source. - transportation: means :
