Sec. 2. (a) As used in this chapter, “communications service” refers to any of the following:
(2) Information service (as defined in 47 U.S.C. § 153).
(1) Telecommunications service (as defined in 47 U.S.C. § 153).

- commission: refers to the Indiana utility regulatory commission created by IC 8-1-1-2. See Indiana Code 8-1-32.6-1
(b) The term includes:
(1) video service (as defined in IC 8-1-34-14);
(2) broadband service;
(3) advanced services (as defined in 47 C.F.R. § 51.5); and
(4) Internet Protocol enabled services;
however classified by the Federal Communications Commission.
