Sec. 0.3. (a) As used in this section, “Indiana
port commission” means the Indiana port
commission established by section 3 of this chapter, as in effect before March 19, 2008.

- commission: shall mean the commission created by section 3(b) of this chapter, or, if said commission shall be abolished, the board, body or commission succeeding to the principal functions thereof, or to whom the powers given by this chapter to the commission shall be given by law. (c) After June 30, 2008, a reference to the Indiana port commission in a statute, a rule, or another document is considered a reference to the ports of Indiana, as the successor entity.
