Terms Used In Indiana Code 8-16-1-22
- Authority: refers to the Indiana finance authority established by Indiana Code 8-16-1-0.1
- Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
Sec. 22. The authority shall have no authority or jurisdiction over any bridge not constructed or acquired by it.
