Indiana Code 8-23-29-4. Report of results of study

Sec. 4. Not later than July 1 of each year of the study, the department shall provide the results of the study to date to the following:

(1) The legislative council, in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6.

study: refers to the study of transportation infrastructure funding mechanisms that is the subject of the contract described in section 2 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 8-23-29-1
Year: means a calendar year, unless otherwise expressed. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5

(2) The governor.
