Terms Used In Indiana Code 9-13-2-155

  • Highway: includes county bridges and state and county roads, unless otherwise expressly provided. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
   Sec. 155. “Right-of-way” means the privilege of the immediate use of a highway.
