Sec. 5. (a) The governor shall annually designate one (1) of the members appointed under section 4(1) of this chapter as chairperson of the commission.

  • commission: refers to the electric vehicle product commission established by section 3 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 9-13-3-1
  • Year: means a calendar year, unless otherwise expressed. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
     (b) Members of the commission appointed under section 4(1) of this chapter serve a four (4) year term that expires June 30, 2025, and each fourth year thereafter.
