Sec. 7. IC 34-13-3 applies to a claim or suit in tort against any of the following:
(2) An employee of the commission.
(1) A member of the commission board.

- Tort: A civil wrong or breach of a duty to another person, as outlined by law. A very common tort is negligent operation of a motor vehicle that results in property damage and personal injury in an automobile accident.
