Indiana Code 9-18.1-10-8. Termination of participation

Sec. 8. (a) The bureau shall terminate the participation in the program of a fleet operator with fewer than one thousand (1,000) fleet vehicles.

Terms Used In Indiana Code 9-18.1-10-8

fleet operator: means an operator who participates in the program. See Indiana Code 9-18.1-10-1
operator: means an Indiana resident that owns or leases one thousand (1,000) or more fleet vehicles. See Indiana Code 9-18.1-10-3
program: refers to the fleet registration program established under section 6 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 9-18.1-10-4

(b) A fleet operator whose participation is terminated under subsection (a) may reapply for participation in the program in the manner determined by the bureau.
