- Pearl Harbor survivor: means an individual who was an active member of the armed forces of the United States serving at Pearl Harbor at the time of the Pearl Harbor attack. See Indiana Code 9-18.5-24-1
Sec. 2. The bureau shall design and issue license plates for a vehicle that designates the vehicle as being registered to a Pearl Harbor survivor.
