Terms Used In Indiana Code 9-19-3-2

  • Highway: includes county bridges and state and county roads, unless otherwise expressly provided. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
   Sec. 2. Subject to section 4 of this chapter, a motorcycle and a motor driven cycle, when operated upon a highway, must be equipped with at least one (1) brake, which may be operated by hand or foot.
