Sec. 7.5. A person that knowingly or intentionally counterfeits or falsely reproduces a driver’s license:

(1) with intent to use the driver’s license; or

Under the Indiana Code, punishments for crimes depend on the classification. In the case of this section:Class | Prison | Fine |

Class B misdemeanor | up to 180 days | up to $1,000 |
(2) to permit an individual to use the driver’s license;
commits a Class B misdemeanor.
