Terms Used In Indiana Code 9-25-3-7

  • Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
  • Judgment: means all final orders, decrees, and determinations in an action and all orders upon which executions may issue. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
(A) conviction for a crime; or

(B) judgment for an offense or ordinance violation;

under this article related to the use or operation of a motor vehicle.
