Terms Used In Indiana Code > Title 15 > Article 16 > Chapter 1 - Agricultural Ammonia

  • ammonia: means anhydrous ammonia (NH3) that is intended for use as a fertilizer for agricultural purposes. See Indiana Code 15-16-1-2
  • board: refers to the Indiana fertilizer advisory board established by IC 15-16-2-25. See Indiana Code 15-16-1-3.5
