- commission: refers to the Indiana commission to combat substance use disorder established by section 3 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 4-3-25-1
- urgent care facility: means a freestanding health care facility that offers episodic, walk-in care for the treatment of acute, but not life-threatening, health conditions. See Indiana Code 16-24.5-1-1
- Year: means a calendar year, unless otherwise expressed. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
