Terms Used In Indiana Code > Title 16 > Article 42 > Chapter 21 - Drugs: Drug Samples

  • controlled substance: has the meaning set forth in IC 35-48-1. See Indiana Code 16-42-21-1
  • drug sample: means a legend drug or a controlled substance that is manufactured, packaged, labeled, or otherwise marketed to be distributed and dispensed without consideration. See Indiana Code 16-42-21-2
  • practitioner: means any of the following:

  • Property: includes personal and real property. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
