cabinet: means the governor's workforce cabinet established in IC 4-3-27-3. See Indiana Code 21-18-12.6-1
clearinghouse: means the Indiana postsecondary prior learning assessment clearinghouse established by section 4 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 21-18-12.6-2
department: means the department of education established by IC 20-19-3-1. See Indiana Code 21-18-12.6-3
